Meet Ben -
Head Coach at Nimblr.
Nimblr began as a personal solution to a modern problem.
After more than a decade in the corporate world, Ben—Nimblr’s founder and head coach—started feeling the aches and stiffness that come from long hours at a desk. With a background as a bodybuilder, ex-army officer, and personal trainer, he refused to accept physical decline as the cost of a successful career.
What started as a mission to keep himself active and mobile became years of deep study and practice across many disciplines: strength training, mobility, calisthenics, and martial arts, learning from leading coaches around world.
Today, Nimblr uses that knowledge to create bespoke programs for clients globally, helping them move better, feel stronger, and stay nimble — now and decades from now.
