What types of goals do you help achieve?
Our clients’ goals are wide-ranging. It could be fitness- related: such as building muscle, losing fat, improving strength and/or endurance – or it could be lifestyle-related, such as reducing aches, pains, stiffness in everyday activities so that they can do more of what they love – chasing after your kids, playing golf, travelling the world and everything in-between.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, 3 months. This is the minimum time commitment we believe you’ll need to feel and see results.
How many programs do I get?
During the 3 months, it will be a minimum of 2 programs. In reality, this may evolve more depending on the progress made and/or changes to your goals.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, we require 1-month notice. This is after you fulfil your 3 minimum months with us.
How much do you charge?
We can send you our price list once you fill out our coaching form (link). This will help us learn a little bit more about you, your goals, and how we might best support you. Otherwise, please feel free to email us directly.
